"I would like to congratulate you on your new product. I fitted this product on to my new solar cover, also supplied by Intopool, approximately 1 month ago.

I must say the whole product fitted very quickly and very easily and was self explanatory. No pre-drilling of the solar cover was necessary as the plastic screws supplied make the holes in the cover as you screw them through the Aqua Spoiler itself. The Aqua Spoiler when fitted looks attractive in its blue colour and gives a good smart leading edge to the solar cover and is much better than the old foamed edging that was on my old one.

I must say also I am very pleased with this new turquoise solar cover. I have noticed that the new cover really keeps the heat in the pool and my heater rarely comes on to top up the heat."

"The SmartGear is a super gadget. I couldn’t roll the cover back at all because I have a weak spine and always had to rely on my husband doing it. I am very happy with it. It makes it much easier and it’s a real life saver. I honestly recommend it to anybody especially if you’re getting older or have arthritis. Now I can go swimming on my own which I couldn’t before. "My wife and I use our pool every day and now we're getting a bit older we were finding it really hard to wind the cover off the pool so we asked Intopool for a solution that wouldn't cost the earth. They suggested their SmartGear reduction gearbox which could be retro-fitted to our existing Plastica Reel. We are thoroughly delighted with how easy it is now to wind the cover on and we didn't have to go to the great expense of buying another reel when the existing one was only a few years old.

At the same time they also changed the old, mouldy and tatty looking leading edge and fitted an AquaSpoiler to our existing cover. The AquaSpoiler has now been in use for several months and even though it gets a few chemical deposits, they can be wiped clean quite easily and it still looks brand new. We will probably have to change the solar cover in a couple of years time but we know that the AquaSpoiler can be re-used on the new cover. Now that is value for money! What we also like is that the pulling rope can be clipped on and off so we can the safely store the rope out of the way of inquisitive grandchildren and dogs!"
